The brain needs high fat (coconut,avocado,walnut,peanut), healthy protein (eggs), less sugar (little honey,maple syrup and sugar from not so over rip fruits) and an intestinal gut of good microbes (can be balanced by acidophilus, pickled veggies, food rich in PQQ = parsley, kiwi, Natto, green tea, papaya).
The brain detoxes during sleep.
Exercise and learning new things grow neurons.
Prevent infection from entering the body (bacteria,virus,etc).
Ail for good oral hygiene and disease free teeth.
Avoid metal toxins, fumes and drugs/medications.
Massaging the brain is also cleansing just like fasting.
Love and care from love ones protect the brain from stress.
