What can you eat or use to make your body immune to certin diseases? by Connie b. Dellobuono

Answer by Connie b. Dellobuono:

A mouth wash of hydrogen peroxide, red colored veggies and fruits, citrus (rich in Vit C), zinc (oyster and clams, nuts) and chewing food well.
Astralagus and other herbs (parsley, turmeric, ginger, sulfur rich foods)
Massage (lympathic system) and sleep strengthens your immune system
Happiness and bonding with love ones perk up your immune system
Sweating and sleeping help detox your body.
Avoidance of non whole foods such as sugar, drugs, alcohol and preservatives can help you live longer.
Fasting is also helpful.
Chew raw garlic, bitter leaves and greens (green plantain cooked, bitter melon).
Remember that the smaller the seeds and fruit, the more nutrition they pack. The taller the tree, the more nutrients it derive from the soil. Chewing food well and eating only when hungry will help you absorb more nutrients. Avoid toxix people, relationship and environment (clean water, air, toxic free house materials and whole foods).
