How do you treat back spasms? by Connie b. Dellobuono
Answer by Connie b. Dellobuono:
Spasms are a way our body is telling us that there are toxins inside. There are stretching exercise, sunshine (vitamin D), sleep and nutrients that can help such as:
turmeric and ginger
Vitamin C
lemon grass (as tea)
probiotic (acidophilus) and prebiotic (garlic)
calcium and magnesium rich foods
Add to this is distressing, posture, moving often and not sitting for a long time, good mattress and deep breathing.
