If you actually get Parkinson’s disease, what will you do?

My answer to If you actually get Parkinson's disease, what will you do?

Answer by Connie b. Dellobuono:

More men get Parkinson than women. But here is what I will do if I have Parkinson:

  • Take Vitamin B complex, probiotic, NAD and other dietary supplements.
  • Eat whole foods , increase greens such as cilantro for metal detox.
  • Sing and dance.
  • Spend more than 30 minutes in exercise, combined with stretching.
  • Sleep more.
  • Ensure good vowel movement. Take laxatives (Seena, prune juice, pineapples/papaya – digestive enzymes)
