Cooking snail or escargot with coconut milk
Soak snails for 30 minutes in salt water and clean them. Saute garlic, ginger, onion and parsely in olive oil. Mix snail and cook for 5 minutes. Add coconut milk and water and then salt and pepper. Add other veggies such as saluyot or bamboo shoots. Cook for 30 minutes in slow heat. Serve immediately.
