My answer to What is the limit to the amount of calories immediately burned versus stored as fat in one meal?

Answer by Connie b. Dellobuono:

If you eat excess calories, your body stores the energy as glycogen or fat to use at a later time.

If your health goal is a low calorie ketogenic diet, then you would limit your calorie – it also aids longevity ( Starve cancer cells with low cal ketogenic diet )

It takes 4hrs to digest meat and 30min for eggs. So eat your meat and high good fat die during lunch.
