- get adequate sleep
- eat more veggies and citrus
- eat less iron rich foods such as red meat
- do light exercise and get adequate sunshine
- take folate, vitamin B complex and omega 3
- have less stress, get a mssage, laugh more, dance
- be with nature, eat more veggies, garden
- drink more, add ginger and turmeric in your drink
