How do I recover faster from my stomach virus?

Boil ginger and garlic. Take zinc and Vit C supplement. Massage tummy with eucalyptus oil. Nausea means lack of Vitamin B, expecially B6. Chew fresh ginger, take fresh air and rest your stomach from processed foods. Place a warm bottle of water (wrap in cloth) on your tummy.
