  • Talk with doctors and health care providers
  • Navigate healthcare and health insurance systems
  • Complete health forms and legal papers
  • By accompanying you/the caregiver/seniors to the ER or doctor appointments, if needed
  • Arrange optimal living arrangements, including moves
  • Act as the primary liaison for family communication

Optimal Care

Your SCP Senior Service Manager facilitates care by:

  • Presenting and organizing care options
  • Helping you hire and supervise caregivers if needed
  • Training you/the caregiver to do daily care-related tasks safely
  • Working with family members to create a supportive plan for your loved one.

Call our office (408)8541883 for a free telephone consultation (and email , motherhealth@gmail.com ) with a Senior Service Manager to see if SCP is a service that will work or you and your elder loved one. Our Senior Service Manager rate of $100 per hour, with no minimum requirement, is billed weekly and is payable by paypal or check. Presently, the geographic area served is the South Bay and Peninsula Area.
