How do I deal with my very high hormones?

De-stress,exercise,sleep and whole foods.

Choose good fats, avocado and walnuts.

Avoid hormones in eggs, milk and cheese so go for hormone-free, grass fed or organic.

Sleep before 10pm.

At least 30min exercise and sun exposure (Vitamin D3).

Add lemon in your water.

Get a foot-body massage once a week.

Work standing 2hrs per day and work only 6hrs per day.
