Philippines president Dutarte asked each town to prepare a list of drug users and pushers

Why the list of drug pushers and users? To justify killing. If the President of the Philippines, Dutarte, allowed the killing of many poor fathers and mothers who have sniffed the drugs and are not drug pushers, what is the end result? Many orphans and poor families without a mother or father, just because their parents use drugs occasionally. Similar to the American politicians, citizens and college students sniffing MJ, LSD or other recreational drugs.

Is the war against drug the real solution to the economic condition of the Philippines?

Are drug pushers jobless Filipinos supporting a big family?

Why are some drug pushers without any shoes and wearing dirty clothes?

Is the job of drug pushing a disease of the poor attributed to lack of jobs?

Are the Catholic spiritual Filipinos approving of mass killings of drug pushers?

What job promotion programs did the government prepared this year?

How can the government promote a 2-child policy per family, family planning measures?

How can the people help the government promote economic equality?

What overhaul or changes in education can help prepare Filipino college graduates?

What vocational skills, computer skills can help the Philippine economy?

How can we promote higher wages to our nurses and teachers?

How can the government assure the Filipino migrant workers (number 1 dollar earners of the country) that the economy, education and health of the people are being taken cared of?

Facts in 2012: Venezuela murder rate soars: Venezuela, the most violent country in South America, recorded a new high of 21,692 murders this year along with a surge in kidnappings, prison riots and random shootings.

Will the Philippines be like Venezuela in 2012?

Why do doctors prescribe a high dose of iron tablets to anemic patients even though most of it comes out as waste?

Why do doctors prescribe a high dose of iron tablets to anemic patients even though most of… by Connie b. Dellobuono

Answer by Connie b. Dellobuono:

Fluradix, liquid iron from Whole Foods is a much safer iron supplement and should be taken in the morning to prevent cancelling out calcium and magnesium absorption, prevent constipation and safe for the heart muscles. Foods rich in iron are molasses, liver, raisins and dark chocolates. Iron prevents heavy bleeding and fainting (aids in oxygenation of our cells). Some of my clients with PD and AD (mental health issues) are anemic.

How can I prevent stomach acid in my sleep without needing medication?

How can I prevent stomach acid in my sleep without needing medication? by Connie b. Dellobuono

Answer by Connie b. Dellobuono:

From Dr Mercola:
Ultimately, the answer to heartburn and acid indigestion is to restore your natural gastric balance and function. Eating large amounts of processed foods and sugars is a surefire way to exacerbate acid reflux as it will upset the bacterial balance in your stomach and intestine. Instead, you'll want to eat a lot of vegetables and other high-quality, ideally organic, unprocessed foods. Also, eliminate food triggers from your diet. Common culprits here include caffeine, alcohol, and nicotine products.
Next, you need to make sure you're getting enough beneficial bacteria from your diet. This will help balance your bowel flora, which can help eliminate H. pylori bacteria naturally without resorting to antibiotics. It will also aid in proper digestion and assimilation of your food. Ideally, you'll want to get your probiotics from fermented foods. If you aren't eating fermented foods, you most likely need to supplement with a probiotic on a regular basis. Ideally, you'll want to include a variety of cultured foods and beverages in your diet, as each food will inoculate your gut with a variety of different microorganisms. Fermented foods you can easily make at home include:
•Fermented vegetables
•Chutneys
•Cultured dairy, such as yoghurt, kefir, and sour cream
•Fish, such as mackerel and Swedish gravlax
Are You Suffering a Drug Side Effect?
Besides these underlying conditions, please beware that certain prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications can also cause heartburn. Common culprits include anxiety medications and antidepressants, antibiotics, blood pressure medications, nitroglycerin, osteoporosis drugs, and pain relievers.
If your heartburn is caused by a medication you're taking, the answer is, of course, to address what, when, and how you're taking that drug. Please do not make the mistake of simply adding yet another drug to counteract this side effect. WebMD4 offers a number of helpful tips for how to address drug-induced heartburn, such as:
• Avoid taking more than the recommended or prescribed dose
• Some medications are best taken on an empty stomach, while others are less likely to cause side effects like heartburn when taken with a meal. Check the label for instructions, or ask your doctor or pharmacist for advise on when and how to take your medication
• Ask your doctor or pharmacist to review ALL the medications and supplements you're taking to see if one or more of them cause heartburn.
Changing the dose or switching to another medication may be advisable to ease your heartburn. Some drugs may be available in cream form rather than a pill, which would be far less likely to cause heartburn
• Avoid laying down right after taking your medication
• Drink some ginger tea

My dad has serum creatinine 2.49. Is that threatening? He is diabetic.?

My dad has serum creatinine 2.49. Is that threatening? He is diabetic.? by Connie b. Dellobuono

Answer by Connie b. Dellobuono:

See a doctor. The value links to kidney health issues.
From Dr Mercola:
Culprits Linked to Kidney Damage
One major culprit is taking OTC pain pills such as aspirin, Motrin, Advil or Tylenol, which can cause kidney damage. About 15 percent of the people on dialysis (an artificial blood-filtering process used to clean the blood of malfunctioning kidneys) are getting this treatment as a result of the damage that Tylenol and/or aspirin did to their kidneys. So, avoiding Tylenol and aspirin will be very important to preventing kidney disease.
Simply put, virtually NO ONE needs to take statin drugs. When you treat the symptoms with a drug, you are in no way, shape or form treating the cause. Therefore, it should come as no surprise that artificial drugs cause serious side effects.
Another danger to your kidneys is mercury. When you eat too much contaminated fish or drink repeatedly from a polluted water supply, you may be setting yourself up for chronic mercury poisoning. Health problems that can result from mercury poisoning include:
•Nervous system damage
•Kidney disease
•Birth defects
•Dental problems
•Mood swings
 •Mental changes
•Hallucinations
•Memory loss
•Nerve damage
•Inability to concentrate
Finally, taking Crestor can lead to kidney disease. For instance, the highest, 80-milligram dose of Crestor could not be approved because of serious side effects including muscle and kidney damage. Some say the drug may produce side effects even at lower doses, and caution that patients should be closely monitored when on the drug.
As you can see, simply minding what you are putting into your body may change the outcome of whether or not you get kidney disease. Remember: Eating right and avoiding harmful toxins is a major key to achieving total and complete optimal wellness.

Why has society become so obsessed with anti-aging?

Why has society become so obsessed with anti-aging? by Connie b. Dellobuono

Answer by Connie b. Dellobuono:

We wanted to age with less health challenges, not incapacitated by our health issues where do not have to take 10 meds every day and not be stuck in the wheel chair or bed.
We wanted to feel the sun light, hear the ocean waves and not have anxiety all night long.
We wanted to remember and feel the emotions when we are with our love ones.
We wanted to be a little normal and not on dead weight where we cannot move our limbs and touch others.
So we become obsessed with aging less.

Is Alzheimer’s a prion disease?

Is Alzheimer's a prion disease? by Connie b. Dellobuono

Answer by Connie b. Dellobuono:

In my opinion, AD is not a prion disease. It has metabolic source, hormonal, infection related, diet and exercise related and might also be innate (during conception, as our health is influenced by our mother's health).
From wiki:
A prion is an infectious agent thought to be the cause of the transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (TSEs). It is composed entirely of protein material, called PrP (short for prion protein), that can fold in multiple, structurally distinct ways, at least one of which is transmissible to other prion proteins, leading to disease that is similar to viral infection.

What is the medical reason child birth is so painful?

What is the medical reason child birth is so painful? by Connie b. Dellobuono

Answer by Connie b. Dellobuono:

The expulsion of the fetus out from our body involves pain. With my first born facing posteriorly, I feel that a big piece of rock is trying to come out of me for 3 hours while I was on hands and knees. The pain for the second birth is like a knife cutting thru my opening as my baby comes out within 30 minutes, for which I have a tear in my perineum as a result. Labor cramps is part of the process. Our body allows rest in the between where we can gather our energy and breath deeply to allow labor to happen.

How does oxidative damage trigger Alzheimer’s disease?

How does oxidative damage trigger Alzheimer's disease? by Connie b. Dellobuono

Answer by Connie b. Dellobuono:

Oxygen promotes health. We promote use of anti-oxidants (Vit E, omega 3, CQ10, whole foods, others) because they help us reduce the aging of our cells.
From http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC1606384/ :
1. In support of a mechanistic role for processes suppressed by NSAIDs or AOs in early phases of AD pathogenesis, transgenic mice that express mutant human amyloid precursor protein and accumulate Aβ deposits in brain with advancing age show significantly less Aβ accumulation when treated with NSAIDs.15 Moreover, a variety of interventions have been reported to increase or decrease Aβ accumulation in transgenic mouse models of cerebral Aβ amyloidogenesis by promoting or suppressing free radical damage to brain.15–18 Using different transgenic mice, others have shown that neuronal overexpression of one COX isozyme, COX-2, in brain leads to neurodegeneration and age-related cognitive deficits.19 The major in vivo activity of the NSAIDs used in these studies is inhibition of both COX isozymes, although several alternatives have been proposed based on in vitro or cell culture data.20–22 It is noteworthy that, despite many proposals for alternative actions of NSAIDs, we are aware of no data demonstrating major therapeutic action in vivo other than through COX suppression. For example, the recent proposal from cell culture data that NSAIDs may act via γ-secretase suppression23 has not been supported by in vivo investigation.24
These reproducible and intriguing epidemiological data, in addition to the mechanistic data from animal models, have fueled substantial interest in polyunsaturated fatty acid (PUFA) oxidation, either enzyme-catalyzed or free radical-mediated, in the molecular pathogenesis of AD (Figure 1). Much of this recent investigation has focused on two PUFAs, arachidonic acid (AA, 20:4ω6) whose oxidation products are called eicosanoids, and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA, 22:6ω3) whose oxidation products are termed docosanoids. A critical distinction exists between AA and DHA. AA is evenly distributed in gray matter and white matter and among the different cell types in brain whereas DHA is highly enriched in neuronal membranes.25,26 Thus, eicosanoids reflect oxidation reactions occurring in brain tissue, but not necessarily in neurons, while docosanoid formation is relatively specific for biochemical reactions occurring in neurons.
From http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/17034348 :
2. Oxidative damage to DNA may play an important role in aging and neurodegenerative diseases such as Alzheimer's disease (AD). Attack on DNA by reactive oxygen species, particularly hydroxyl radicals, can lead to strand breaks, DNA-DNA and DNA-protein cross-linking, sister chromatid exchange and translocation, and formation of at least 20 oxidized base adducts. Modification of DNA bases can lead to mutation and altered protein synthesis. In late-stage AD brain, several studies have shown an elevation of the base adducts 8 hydroxyguanine (8-OHG), 8-hydroxyadenine (8-OHA), 5-hydroxycytosine (5-OHC), and 5-hydroxyuracil, a chemical degradation product of cytosine. Several studies have shown a decline in repair of 8-OHG in AD. Most recently, our studies have shown elevated 8-OHG, 8-OHA, and 5,6-diamino-5-formamidopyrimidine in nuclear and mitochondrial DNA in mild cognitive impairment, the earliest detectable form of AD, suggesting that oxidative damage to DNA is an early event in AD and not a secondary phenomenon.
