She uses massage , nutrition and herbs complimenting the current standard of care of those with stroke, cancer, Alzheimer and other chronic health care issues. Trained in China she is a Master Graduate of Chengdu University of Chinese Medicine, and received the Acupuncturist of the year award in 2001. The fall season of the Rotunda Dance Series opens with a contact improvisation performance by Scott Wells & Dancers. Known for its athletic style, the company will presentThe body is not waiting as part of the lead-up to its 25th Anniversary Season performances in December.

The Rotunda Dance Series brings the Bay Area’s most celebrated dance companies to San Francisco City Hall for free monthly noontime performances and is presented by Dancers’ Group and World Arts West, in partnership with Grants for the Arts and San Francisco City Hall.

Be a part of our 40th Anniversary Celebration from the beginning of the season—join us for the Festival Auditions!

The atmosphere is casual, but the performances are first-rate as the finest dance companies based in Northern California present a wide variety of dances and music from around the world, hoping for a coveted spot in the 2018 San Francisco Ethnic Dance Festival.

There’s a new performance every 10-15 minutes, so you can spend a few hours watching the auditions, or all day. You can even take a break whenever you’d like and return later (space permitting).  Don’t miss this extraordinary opportunity to support our local community of artists during this one-of-a-kind experience that’s great for the entire family!

Admission: $10 for adults (cash only, paid at the door); children 12 and under are admitted free of charge
