Cancer Prevention and Cure?

We don’t compete with conventional Western medicine, we compliment it. It is our intention to provide the knowledge and materials that can improve the lives of millions of human beings; to awaken the breathing consciousness of the world. I am really sick and tired of much of the the cancer industry bilking and killing millions in the name of “health”.

The modality priority depends on the person. Primary approaches we recommend are sodium bicarbonate; breathing development, fresh veggie and fruit juice combos, coffee enemas, oxygen and brain, attitude, purpose, belief systems training, and for skin I tried this CBD oil from Spain (30ML 2x Concentrate) on a diagnosed small growth cancer on my face and it WORKED; gone in a few weeks.


Dr. Otto Warburg received the 1931 Nobel price for proving that cancer is  anaerobic. It does not survive in high concentrations of oxygen.

Dr. Warburg and cancer. Cancer all other diseases, has countless secondary causes. But, even for cancer, there is only one prime cause. Summarized in a few words, the prime cause of cancer is the replacement of the respiration of oxygen in normal body cells by a fermentation of sugar.

All normal body cells meet their energy needs by respiration of oxygen, whereas cancer cells meet their energy needs in great part by fermentation. All normal body cells are thus obligate aerobes, whereas all cancer cells are partial anaerobes. From the standpoint of the physics and chemistry of life this difference between normal and cancer cells is so great that one can scarcely picture a greater difference.

Oxygen gas, the donor of energy in plants and animals is dethroned in the cancer cells and replaced by an energy yielding reaction of the lowest living forms, namely, a fermentation of glucose. Cancer cells can flourish in low oxygen environments. They can not survive in HIGH oxygen environments.


Breathing is our primary c source of oxygen. Contemporary lung volume measurements are inconsistent and guided by cross sectional criteria instead of longitudinal data and therefore do not adequately predict decline within individuals.  This lack of insight about optimal functioning can cause people to be trained to do forced inhalations that may actually be harmful in long run.

  18. Use of tobacco, alcoholic drinks, caffeinated and decaffeinated drinks.
  19. Excessive exposure to chemicals, industrial fumes, hydrocarbons, cleaning solvents, vinyl chloride.
  20. Stress
  21. Exposure to cold, heat, and radiation.
  22. public drinking water in most large cities.
  23. Long contact with sick pets.
  24. Chronic irritation or infection.
  25. All viral illnesses (flu, colds, rashes, diarrhea).
  26. Early sexual activities – cervical and fore-skin cancer.
  27. A kidney transplant.
  28. History of any previous cancer.

The term cancer comes from the Latin word meaning crab. Cancer was characterized as a crablike disease by the Greek physician Hippocrates, who observed that cancers spread throughout the body, eventually cutting off life.

Now cancer generally is defined as the unregulated growth of abnormal cells in the body. The word cancer actually refers to over 100 different diseases, but in all cases, certain body cells multiply in an uncontrolled manner.

Cancer is anaerobic. It can not survive with the presence of adequate oxygen. That is one good reason the heart never gets cancer. The heart needs oxygen and most heart attacks are in some way linked to low oxygen to the heart. Insufficient oxygen and you die and cancer or anything else is no longer an issue.

Aside from optimal breathing right to supply adequate oxygen there are many cofactors that help ensure/support the effectiveness of adequate oxygen in the human body.

From what I know, curing and prevention of cancer often requires several of those oxygen friendly factors along with other factors that create what is an holistic approach by strengthening several factors simultaneously such as breathing improvement, strengthening antioxidants, internal cleansing, parasite elimination, changing ones self defeating thoughts and attitudes.

Excessive survival responses including those exacerbated by UDB http://www.breathing.com/articles/udb.htm  and/or poor natural hygiene stimulate and/or overtax the sympathetic nervous system (and inhibit the parasympathetic nervous system) that both vaso-constricts blood vessels and turns the body toward toxemia and acidosis, allow anaerobic organisms to dominate.

One’s thoughts (hyper-vigilance for example and or negative thinking especially including Nocebo – for example – say believing in so called expert’s prognosis of imminent death from say cancer) exacerbated by poor natural hygiene and toxic overload create an environment that invites organisms unfriendly to the body.

Eventually  the body’s immune system, biochemical and spiritual/energetic homeostasis gets overwhelmed by chaos.  Any strong enough presence of any of the preceding negatives may invite cancer or whatever to set up housekeeping.

Over the years I have come in contact with many health professionals quite successful in handling cancer. While not necessarily focusing on breathing development per se they seem to have a very good history of success.

Cancer Cells Feed On:

  • Sugar is a cancer-feeder. By cutting off sugar it cuts off one important food supply to the cancer cells. Sugar substitutes like NutraSweet, Equal, Spoonful, etc are made with Aspartame and it is harmful. A better natural substitute would be Manuka honey or molasses but only in very small amounts. Table salt has a chemical added to make it white in color. A better alternative is Bragg aminos or celtic or Hawaian sea salt.
  • Milk causes the body to produce mucus, especially in the gastro-intestinal tract. Cancer feeds on mucus. By cutting off milk and substituting with fresh made almond milk, the cancer cells are being starved.
  • Cancer cells thrive in an acid environment. A meat-based diet is acidic. It is best to eat fish, and a little chicken rather than beef or pork. Meat also contains livestock antibiotics, growth hormones and parasites, which are all harmful, especially to people with cancer.
  • A diet made of 80% fresh vegetables and juice, whole grains, seeds, nuts and a little fruit help put the body into an alkaline environment. About 20% can be from cooked food including beans. Fresh vegetable juices (enzymes are destroyed at temperatures above 104 degrees F (40 degrees C).) provide live enzymes that are easily absorbed and reach down to cellular levels within 15 minutes to nourish and enhance growth of healthy cells.   • Avoid coffee (except in enemas), tea, and chocolate, that have high caffeine. Green tea is a better alternative and has cancer-fighting properties. Water: best to drink purified, distilled, reverse osmosis or filtered, to avoid known toxins and heavy metals in tap water. Distilled water is slightly acidic; avoid it.
  • Meat protein is difficult to digest and requires a lot of digestive enzymes. Undigested meat remaining in the intestines become putrefied and leads to more toxic buildup.
  • Cancer cell walls have a tough protein covering. By refraining from or eating less meat it frees more enzymes to attack the protein walls of cancer cells and allows the body’s killer cells to destroy the cancer cells.

This information is being circulated at Walter Reed Army Medical Center as well. Dioxin chemicals cause cancer, especially breast cancer. Dioxins are highly poisonous to the cells of our bodies. Don’t freeze your plastic bottles with water in them as this releases dioxins from the plastic.

Recently, Dr. Edward Fujimoto, Wellness Program Manager at Castle Hospital, was on a TV program to explain this health hazard. He talked about dioxins and how bad they are for us. He said that we should not be heating our food in the microwave using plastic containers. This especially applies to foods that contain fat. He said that the combination of fat, high heat, and plastics releases dioxin into the food and ultimately into the cells of the body.

Instead, he recommends using glass, such as Corning Ware, Pyrex or ceramic containers for heating food. You get the same results, only without the dioxin. So such things as TV dinners, instant ramen and soups, etc., should be removed from the container and heated in something else. Paper isn’t bad but you don’t know what is in the paper.

It’s just safer to use tempered glass, Corning Ware, etc. He reminded us that a while ago some of the fast food restaurants moved away from the foam containers to paper. The dioxin problem is one of the reasons.

Also, he pointed out that plastic wrap, such as Saran, is just as dangerous when placed over foods to be cooked in the microwave. As the food is nuked, the high heat causes poisonous toxins to actually melt out of the plastic wrap and drip into the food. Cover food with a paper towel instead.

Genetically Modified ‘Serial Killer’ T-Cells Obliterate Tumors in Leukemia Patients

In a cancer treatment breakthrough 20 years in the making, researchers from the University of Pennsylvania’s Abramson Cancer Center and Perelman School of Medicine have shown sustained remissions of up to a year among a small group of advanced chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) patients treated with genetically engineered versions of their own T cells.

The protocol, which involves removing patients’ cells and modifying them in Penn’s vaccine production facility, then infusing the new cells back into the patient’s body following chemotherapy, provides a tumor-attack roadmap for the treatment of other cancers including those of the lung and ovaries and myeloma and melanoma.

The findings, published simultaneously in the New England Journal of Medicine and Science Translational Medicine on August 10, are the first demonstration of the use of gene transfer therapy to create “serial killer” T cells aimed at cancerous tumors.

“Within three weeks, the tumors had been blown away, in a way that was much more violent than we ever expected,” said senior author Carl June, MD, director of Translational Research and a professor of Pathology and Laboratory Medicine in the Abramson Cancer Center, who led the work. “It worked much better than we thought it would.

” The results of the pilot trial of three patients are a stark contrast to existing therapies for CLL. The patients involved in the new study had few other treatment options. The only potential curative therapy (From Mike.

He is obviously ignorant of Gerson and Day’s approaches noted below) would have involved a bone marrow transplant, a procedure which requires a lengthy hospitalization and carries at least a 20 percent mortality risk — and even then offers only about a 50 percent chance of a cure, at best.

After removing the patients’ cells, the team reprogrammed them to attack tumor cells by genetically modifying them using a lentivirus vector. The vector encodes an antibody-like protein, called a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR), which is expressed on the surface of the T cells and designed to bind to a protein called CD19.

Once the T cells start expressing the CAR, they focus all of their killing activity on cells that express CD19, which includes CLL tumor cells and normal B cells. All of the other cells in the patient that do not express CD19 are ignored by the modified T cells, which limits side effects typically experienced during standard therapies.

The team engineered a signaling molecule into the part of the CAR that resides inside the cell. When it binds to CD19, initiating the cancer-cell death, it also tells the cell to produce cytokines that trigger other T cells to multiply — building a bigger and bigger army until all the target cells in the tumor are destroyed.

“We saw at least a 1000-fold increase in the number of modified T cells in each of the patients. Drugs don’t do that,” June says. “In addition to an extensive capacity for self-replication, the infused T cells are serial killers. On average, each infused T cell led to the killing of thousands of tumor cells — and overall, destroyed at least two pounds of tumor in each patient.

” The importance of the T cell self-replication is illustrated in the New England Journal of Medicine paper, which describes the response of one patient, a 64-year old man. Prior to his T cell treatment, his blood and marrow were replete with tumor cells. For the first two weeks after treatment, nothing seemed to change.

Then on day 14, the patient began experiencing chills, nausea, and increasing fever, among other symptoms. Tests during that time showed an enormous increase in the number of T cells in his blood that led to a tumor lysis syndrome, which occurs when a large number of cancer cells die all at once.

By day 28, the patient had recovered from the tumor lysis syndrome — and his blood and marrow showed no evidence of leukemia. “This massive killing of tumor is a direct proof of principle of the concept,” Porter says.

Moving forward, the team plans to test the same CD19 CAR construct in patients with other types of CD19-positive tumors, including non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma and acute lymphocytic leukemia. They also plan to study the approach in pediatric leukemia patients who have failed standard therapy.

Additionally, the team has engineered a CAR vector that binds to mesothelin, a protein expressed on the surface of mesothelioma cancer cells, as well as on ovarian and pancreatic cancer cells.

Serotonin Neurons Contribute to Fail Safe Mechanism that Ensures Recovery From Interrupted Breathing

Scientists trying to identify the roots of sudden infant death syndrome (SIDS), the leading cause of death in U.S. infants between 1 month and 1 year old, have increasingly turned their attention to the neurotransmitter serotonin and the brain cells that produce it.

Studies have linked serotonin-producing neurons to the regulation of breathing, which may go awry in SIDS. In addition, tissue samples from SIDS infants often show abnormalities specifically in those neurons.

Now, a new study in mice suggests that abnormalities in serotonin-producing neurons do not simply accompany a subset of SIDS cases but could actually contribute to those premature deaths.

The findings, published Oct. 23 in eLife, show that an acute loss of normal activity in the serotonin-producing nerve cells blunts the body’s ability to recover from interrupted breathing. The results provide evidence that young animals need properly functioning serotonin neurons to maintain normal cardiorespiratory function.

“If we can determine whether serotonin-producing neurons play an active and necessary role in regulating breathing, heart rate and the recovery response to apneas in young mouse pups, it could provide a plausible biological explanation for at least some SIDS cases,” said Susan Dymecki, professor of genetics at Harvard Medical School and senior author of the study.

“This possible explanation might provide some hope, even if minutely, for the profound grief experienced by families who have lost a child to SIDS, and may one day help researchers prevent SIDS altogether,” she said.

Normally, the brain coordinates the heart and lungs to provide a continuous flow of oxygen into the body and carbon dioxide out.

In conditions such as sleep apnea, when breathing temporarily stops, oxygen levels in cells can fall too low and carbon dioxide levels can rise too high. To restore healthy levels, the brain triggers a series of gasps and raises the heart rate, a process called autoresuscitation.

But heart rate monitor readings in some SIDS infants support the hypothesis that this fail-safe mechanism doesn’t always kick in, and that its failure can lead to SIDS.

Dymecki and colleagues set out to explore the role of serotonin-producing neurons in regulating autoresuscitation in week-old mice, which the researchers estimate are within the corresponding age window that conveys highest risk of SIDS in humans.

The researchers genetically modified the mice so their serotonin neurons would quickly and temporarily be inhibited in response to an injected chemical. Other neurons remained unaffected.

Setting up this inducible neuron perturbation technique in mouse pups and coupling it with the ability to measure respiratory and heart function was the key, said Dymecki.

“Although initially technically challenging, this novel approach allowed for precise brain cell manipulation and real-time measurement of cardiac and respiratory activity,” said Ryan Dosumu-Johnson, a graduate student in the Dymecki lab and first author of the paper.

The researchers then induced apneas in the mice.

Those with inhibited serotonin-producing neurons had weaker breathing recovery and more instances of sudden death in the face of apneas than mice with a normally functioning serotonin production system.

“These results indicate a vital role for serotonin neurons at an early age after birth,” said Dymecki.

To the researchers’ surprise, the heart rates in mice with inhibited serotonin neurons recovered normally, at least initially, even though their breathing was impaired.

“This uncoupling of the breathing and heart-rate recovery responses was unexpected,” said Dymecki. “It suggests that these two vital physiological responses–heart rate and breathing–could be more separable at the level of brain cells and circuits than previously anticipated, despite their interwoven physiology.”

Although further studies will be needed to uncover whether the same principles hold true in humans, the current findings support the theory that defects in the functioning of serotonin neurons can render infants more vulnerable to dying from apneas and other cardiorespiratory challenges, the authors said.

If replicated in human studies, the new findings could eventually help improve screening tools to identify infants at higher SIDS risk and suggest new strategies for drug development, said Dymecki.


Additional authors of the paper were postdoctoral researcher YoonJeung Chang of HMS and Andrea Corcoran and Eugene Nattie of the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth.

Acute perturbation of Pet1-neuron activity in neonatal mice impairs cardiorespiratory homeostatic recovery

Cardiorespiratory recovery from apneas requires dynamic responses of brainstem circuitry. One implicated component is the raphe system of Pet1-expressing (largely serotonergic) neurons, however their precise requirement neonatally for homeostasis is unclear, yet central toward understanding newborn cardiorespiratory control and dysfunction. Here we show that acute in vivo perturbation of Pet1-neuron activity, via triggering cell-autonomously the synthetic inhibitory receptor hM4Di, resulted in altered baseline cardiorespiratory properties and diminished apnea survival. Respiratory more than heart rate recovery was impaired, uncoupling their normal linear relationship. Disordered gasp recovery from the initial apnea distinguished mice that would go on to die during subsequent apneas. Further, the risk likelihood of apnea-related mortality associated with suppression of Pet1 neurons was higher for animals with baseline elevated ventilatory equivalents for oxygen. These findings establish that Pet1 neurons play an active role in neonatal cardiorespiratory homeostasis and provide mechanistic plausibility for the serotonergic abnormalities associated with SIDS.

Artour, you should look at biochemistry books and see why derivatives are not good for human body. Especially when EFAs are key factor in oxygen transportation into cells through cell membrane.

EFAs consumpion every day (parent Omega-3 and parent Omega-6 in proportion 1:1 to 1:2) increases fluidity in the cell membrance, which means easier oxygen and other biochemical transfer.

“Therefore a high content of unsaturated fatty acid residues in the membrane lipids makes the membrane more fluid.” [Principles of Biomedical Chemistry, 1998, p. 22]

Fish oil can’t get you EFAs, only its derivatives that are not necessary, because human body syntezizes them from “parents” (ALA and LA) in the exact amount that is needed. On the other hand, body cannot make parent Omega-3 and Omega-6 – and therefore, we should get them from food. Its not opinion, its what biochemistry textbooks says.

While Buteyko method helps release the oxygen from hemoglobin, EFAs helps to penetrate oxygen through cell membrane. These are two of the most important things I discovered when it comes to maximum body oxygenation.

But david please keep in mind that the whole fish, with the vitamin E and antioxidants and being fresh is still a very very healthy meal. It’s only about the pure oils. Be sure to take a lot of vitamin E to prevent lipid oxidation. Fish is essential for good health, just not its oils.
Please be aware of the fact that fermented cod liver oil probably forms an exception to this, but I’m not totally sure.

Despite the benefits described widespread across the community on fish oil, there are also CONVINCING claims along the other way. If you read articles by a respected and experienced medical researcher with contraversial views, name:Ray Peat, he will talk about the benefits of Co2 and other things, yet he also claims that polyunsaturated fats(fish oils) are the worst kind for you. This is based on the reality that polyunsatatated fats degrade into super powerful oxidants in little to no time. These oxidants are 20x more powerful than the normal oxidants like protein or glucose oxidants, they are known (i think) as lipid oxidants. Fish oils are especialy supressive of the immune system, and polyunsaturated fats only occur in living organisms naturally when their environment is so cold they use it as a sort of antifreeze, as it wil oxidise at normal tempertures.

Egg yolks are very nutrient dense and provide alot of minerals and fat soluble vitamins. More than any other food. The quality of the protein in egg yolks is also very high. There are almost no toxins in it, because it is ideal food where a baby could grow out if it was fertillized.
The cholesterol in egg yolks is only safe when consumed raw. Because your liver can turn cholesterol into bile easily. There is however a limit to cholesterol. More than 8 yolks in one setting is no good for anybody I believe (when I do this i always get nauseated).

There is one big point in this case. The chickens need to be fed a whole variaty of foods, otherwise the omega ratio is too much to the omega 6 side:
Normal eggs ratio: 1 : 10 -15
Omega 3 eggs: 1 : 1 – 1,6

Always go for animal food that can eat their natural foods!

There is no evidence that man ever had a smaller brain. Some of the myths with respect to this and much more about the unique qualities and characteristics of human life are addressed in “The Truth About Human Origins”. At the time that Man ate only fruits and vegetables (before the Flood), there was also a canopy around the Earth that provided about double the oxygen pressure as compared to the present. Cholesterol does not “clog” arteries due simply to abundance or in any ratio to abundance. In fact, it has been shown over and over again that, at least among those over 70, the higher the cholesterol, the greater the longevity. Science looks for causation, but our current medical “scientists” mistakenly confuse correlation with causation and make devastatingly wrong conclusions leading to destroyed health. Certain subcategories of cholesterol are used to repair damage in the arterial wall when inflammation is present, such as in the case of inadequate vitamin C and certain amino acids, which are needed to maintain/protect the endothelium/connective tissue of vessels from damage.

When they tried to have zero cholesterol diets, they produced cholesterol in the body naturally and clogged their arteries with it provided that they have less than 20 s CP. And the lower the CP, the more the “bad” cholesterol level. Diet has nothing to do with it.

Why did humans become this powerful?

The dinosaurs ruled the world for millions of years, because they were bigger and stronger than any other animal. Humans aren’t strong, nor fast. Our specialty is intelligence.

How did we become the smartest?

Eating vegetable foods only, approximately 5 million years ago, we were not smarter than other primates. Only when we started combining fruits with animal foods, between 3 and 2 million years ago, the size of our brains rapidly increased.

What made the capacity of our brain increase?

The combination of sugars and cholesterol. Simply because sugars are the main source of energy for the brain, and cholesterol is most essential to the brain for construction purposes.

Fruits contain easy-to-digest sugars, raw animal food contains ‘clean’ cholesterol, and they both contain the required fat and protein. Together these foods contain all nutrients you need, and are ideal to increase brain capacity.

Doesn’t cholesterol cause cardiovascular diseases?

10 to 20% of the brain is composed of cholesterol, containing 40 times more cholesterol than muscles, and 7 to 10 times more than the liver, where cholesterol is produced. If cholesterol is not that essential, or even unhealthy, of course the human body would never produce cholesterol.

Children who received mothers milk, are generally smarter than those who were fed with formula milk, partly because mothers milk contains twice as much cholesterol.


When food is heated in whatever way, some of the cholesterol is oxidized. And oxidized cholesterol causes cardiovascular diseases. Of course nobody tells you this, because drugs that decrease our cholesterol level and performing preventive actions generate billions of dollars.

Why aren’t we advised to consume natural foods only?

The entire economy is based on consuming prepared foods. It is very hard to feed entire armies or cities with natural foods only.

If humans were still consuming natural foods only, the world would be very different today.

The most concentrated raw animal food, without toxins, is fresh raw egg yolks (not the white, and not the yolk sac) from chickens, and frozen wild caught salmon or tilapia (frozen also means you’re safe from rare parasites). The fish is mainly meant for the omega 3’s.

This kind of diet even takes care of our need for water (so you don’t need to drink any plain water unless you sweat or eat dry foods).

There are of course guidelines for the fruit, mainly that it has to be ripe and free of…
